Biography

Dr. Luke Chinaru Nwosu is an Agricultural Entomologist at the Department of Natural Resources and the Environment, Atlantic Technological University, Galway City Campus, Ireland. A Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, Hearing Expert with the European Food Safety Authority, and member of the Royal Entomological Society, he has 13 years of teaching and research experience at the University level, including service as Acting Head of Department and Director of Academic Planning. He has authored approximately 80 publications, several indexed in Scopus, Web of Science, and SCImago. Internationally recognized, he received the Food Quality and Safety Award in 2017 and was listed among the Top 500 Nigerian Scholars by SciVal-Elsevier in 2020. He maintains scientific collaboration with Kirsehir Ahi Evran University, Turkey, and founded the Ifakala Community Secondary School Alumni Association.
